The Golf Shop Attendant/Assistant will be responsible for checking players in before golf, making golf reservations, handles incoming phone calls, providing great customer service and other duties as assigned.

Job Description:

Outside services is responsible for driving range duties, golf cart duties (washing/cleaning golf carts and prepping for next day) and other duties as assigned.

Prepare and maintain golf courses for daily play, including semi-skilled grounds construction, raking of bunkers, mowing of all turf areas of the golf course. Operate light motorized equipment & utility vehicles on the course. No previous experience necessary.

Starts $16-$17/hr. DOE

Role and Responsibilities. Responsible for serving customers in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. Must be able to handle cash, work ordering system, and be a team player.

• Greet customers as soon as they enter the restaurant
• Take customer food & beverage orders and relay them to kitchen
• Serve food & beverage in timely manner
• Deliver guest checks at the end of the meal, and process cash or credit card payments
• Close out tickets at the end of shift and reconcile finances with ordering system reports
• Work with other staff to ensure all customers are served efficiently
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• High School Diploma or higher

Compensation: $16 per hour plus tips, BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate the beverage cart safely throughout the golf course, serving drinks and snacks to players.
• Provide friendly and engaging customer service, ensuring a great experience for all guests.
• Maintain accurate cash and credit card transactions for all purchases.
• Restock the beverage cart as needed, ensuring all items are available and fresh.
• Follow alcohol service laws and company policies to ensure responsible beverage service.
• Keep the cart clean and organized while maintaining a professional and welcoming appearance.
• Communicate with the clubhouse regarding inventory needs and special requests.
• Uphold safety and golf course etiquette at all times.

Qualifications:

– Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred for alcohol service).
– Previous experience in customer service, food & beverage, or hospitality is a plus!
– Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working independently.
– Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
– Must be able to lift and carry at least 25 lbs and work outdoors for extended periods.
– Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak golf season hours.
