Tad McCormick
Head Golf Professional – PGA
Hometown: Aptos, CA
Tad McCormick joined the Graeagle Meadows team in 2023 and brings over 44 years of golf experience to the club.
He got his start at age eleven at Aptos Seascape Golf Course, where he oversaw the driving range and eventually earned his first Head Golf Professional position at Ukiah Golf Course in Ukiah, CA. Prior to joining Graeagle Meadows, Tad served as Head Golf Professional at Whitehawk Ranch Golf Club in Clio, CA.
His extensive resume also includes roles at Sonoma Golf Club (Sonoma, CA), San Jose Municipal Golf Course (San Jose, CA), and Pasatiempo Golf Club (Santa Cruz, CA).
Tad’s accomplishments include being named Northern California Assistant Golf Professional of the Year, North Coast Chapter Teacher of the Year, and qualifying for the Ben Hogan/Nike Tour Tournaments. He played collegiate golf at San Jose State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree.
